- Man is seen exercising naked. Genitals are not seen, but a quick sideview of his buttocks are shown.
- Woman is tied up in BDSM fashion. Woman is wearing lingerie and cleavage is shown
- A woman wears a bikini whilst fighting in a cage match. People laugh and make comments. We do not hear what the people are saying though, so nothing graphic is heard.

- The serial killer takes a perverted pleasure in inflicting pain before slowly torturing his victims to death.
