Here I am with DBZ Kai for the first time! It's a shame these episodes have such low ratings. Well, we can change that! This episode lacked a lot of action the other ones have, but it was still great, because it shows the characters understanding exactly what's going on. This is the first implication that Cell comes from a timeline different than that of Trunks' or the present. It's hard for me to understand how this timeline even exists, but luckily the main characters seem to be just as confused as we are.

Cell makes his first appearance, but he doesn't talk. That's a great introduction as we build him up so well. It's great to see Piccolo become stronger. Too bad it won't last long and he can't catch up like everyone else. ***1/2.
