Great Stuff
The Power Rangers return.
I am a middle aged adult so I might be of a different age to many others who watch this series. Despite the fight scenes, there is a nice harmless feeling to this series that we don't get in other science fiction shows doing the rounds like The 100. That is the main appeal of Power Rangers to me.
I have heard reports that this season of Rangers was a bit rushed in filming compared to the amount of filming time that was used in the previous seasons. When young actors don't get a chance to repeat takes a few times (in order to get it right) they often get these sort of results. But frankly, I am not too concerned about the sometimes average level of acting here as this sort of series is just not expected to have award winning acting.
I am fine with this retro season of Rangers. We get to know and understand the Rangers as they don't spend all the time doing action scenes.
