So at midnight of his birthday, he wishes that his whole family can have a bad day. And things for the whole family go bad, his mom's car is broken so they have to share a car, his sister has a cold and has to go on stage, his older brother, who's hoping to get his driver's license and to bring his girlfriend to the prom, has to deal with his girlfriend's snootiness and fails to get his license, his mom has a crisis at work which could cost her her job, and his dad who has a job interview has to bring his younger brother with him but because his pacifier is broken he can't stop crying. Quotes

Emily Cooper: What a to-do to die today at a minute or two to two. A thing distinctly hard to say but harder still to do. We'll beat a tattoo at a minute or two and a rat tat tat tat tat tattoo. And the dragon will come to the beat of the drum. At a minute or two to two today. At a minute or two to two... A big black bug bit a big black bear.

So-So Predictable Story with Weak Characters
11 October 2014 | by james1844See all my reviews

I went in expecting this comedy to deliver at least fun and laughs to enjoy but, alas, it fell extremely short on almost every aspect of story, comedy and character developments. Who ever did the casting should not have done so. Either that or somebody must have decided to pay up on favors.

The beginning was predictable as was the plot as was the final ending. You know a film is bad when the kids and parents both seem restless at many points during the film. This film lacked substance and creative material not to mention a brief and simple title for average movie goers.
