Ron's bad behavior puts Snooki, Angelina and Jwoww in a tough spot. Together the girls decide to write an "anonymous" letter to Sammi and finally reveal the entire truth.

We open with a FLASHBACK detailing the ongoing Ronnie and Sweetheart saga. Basically, the former gets drunk and makes out with other. CUT TO a club, where Ronnie, wearing his hat sideways, rubs up against women who are NOT Sweetheart.

Back at the house, Snooki calls BF Emilio, who is apparently at a loud party. "Go outside where you can %$#@ing hear me, dumbass," Snooki advises. Emilio responds with a throaty "%$#@ you!" So Snooki is bummed. "Guys are douche bags and I hate them all," she tells the camera. "They don't know how to deal with women and I feel that is why the lesbian rate is going up in this country." Astute observation, Ms. Snooki.

Sweetheart, meanwhile, wonders whether Ronnie can be trusted. JWoww and Snooki are oddly quiet. Neither Guidette wants to tell their friend what they REALLY think. CUT TO the club, where Ronnie continues to get buys with multiple women. Later, JWowww and Snooki confess to each other that they are quite guilty about keeping the truth from Sweetheart ... but they still don't tell her Ronnie has strayed (more than once). At 4 a.m., Emilio calls with news: "I %$#@ed this girl tonight, I'm sorry." Snooki is SHOCKED. "Go %$#@ yourself!" she screams. "I hope you die!" The frustrated women the let out their aggression by breaking plates in the backyard. You go, girls!

At 6 a.m., the men return from the club -- and drunken Ronnie heads straight to bed. Sweetheart confronts her supposed boyfriend, who wakes up to argue that he hasn't done anything wrong. "I don't like tests," Ronnie tells the camera. "That's why I didn't go to college. Don't test me." Sweetheart unleashes a string of expletives. The next morning, the girls, including Angelina, go to lunch. It's incredibly awkward as Angelina, Snooki and JWoww refuse to admit that they've seen Ronnie stepping out with other girls. Back at the house, The Situation accidentally drops Pauly D's sauce on the floor. It's another dinner disaster, but the entire group eventually eats dinner together at the table.

Afterward, the ladies decide to dress up in their sexiest outfits. Angelina emerges wearing essentially lingerie. "I think Victoria should've kept this one a secret," Vinny tells the camera. Ouch. They play a trivia game, which includes questions like "Who would you have a threesome with?" and "Have you ever cheated on your girlfriend or boyfriend?" Ronnie answers "yes." "Everyone has cheated before," he says. Double ouch. Later, The Situation advises his friend to give up the "cookie" and find another one. "I'm eating chocolate-chip cookies every night, dog," The Situation tells the camera. Gross.

The next night, Snooki, JWoww and Angelina decide to type an anonymous letter to Sweetheart detailing Ronnie's indiscretions. JWoww declares this plan to be "brilliant." Later, the boys and girls head to the clubs for more drinking and dancing -- but mostly drinking. Within minutes, Ronnie and Sweetheart are fighting. Ronnie basically tells Sweetheart that their relationship isn't working because of her. She is devastated. Ronnie then leaves the club alone and hops into a cab, leaving Sweetheart standing on the curb and watching him drive away. "I'm done," she declares.

But the drama isn't over yet. Ronnie takes his cab to a nearby club ... where Sweetheart happens to be hanging out. "I hate you so much because I love you," confesses a drunken Ronnie. "I have never seen anyone so wasted in my entire life," Sweetheart tells the camera. They head home -- and Ronnie promptly falls out of bed and passes out. The next morning, Ronnie and Sweetheart cuddle. "I still love you," she says. Yikes. CUT TO the Snooki and JWoww, who go to an Internet café to write the "anonymous" letter to Sweetheart. It tells of Ronnie's many sins, including getting numbers from other girls. The pair plans to leave the letter in Sweetheart's drawer. "As long as she knows the truth, she can handle it any way she wants," JWoww explains.
