Seven weeks earlier, 14-year-old Tristan Jensen disappeared after leaving his home for skateboard ride. A forensic anthropologist and coroner's officials conduct tests on the bones. They determine the bones are from one individual and extract a DNA sample. Tristan's family offers one of the boy's baby teeth for DNA verification. The results confirm their worst nightmare - Tristan was the victim of a murder. Without a suspect and very few leads, investigators embark ... Written by DC

Shocking levels of inhumanity
13 June 2013 | by EIABoySee all my reviews

I just recently saw this episode and kept thinking I swear I have heard this story before but not on a documentary show.. Then I placed it, I saw it on CSI (LV), Season 5, Episode 2, "Down the Drain" (

The two shows are virtual carbon copies of each other in terms of the facts with only a little artistic license taken by the fictional version for excitement in the storytelling.

This story reveals the shocking levels of depravity that one human can inflict on another and that we shouldn't judge a book by its cover or age. It also gives us a glimpse of just how dysfunctional and delusional some people really are..
