Character error 

Christoph Waltz refers to the train as the "El" which is for the elevated trains in Chicago even though the movie is set in NYC (New Yorkers refer to it as the "train" or "subway")

Continuity 

Once the amount of whisky in the bottle reaches to about 2 inches from the bottom, there are a few more glasses filled that should have emptied it, but instead the whisky continues to remain at that same level in the bottle.

After Nancy attacks the tulips in the glass vase, the water sloshes violently for a long time, but after a brief cutaway to show the ringing Cellphone, the water movement has stopped completely.

Michael takes the phone from the vase and a close shot shows it in his left hand as well as Alan's left hand to the right. Alan's fingers are outstretched. The camera cuts to a reverse shot, where his fingers are not outstretched.
