Documentary following the police department in Flint, Michigan as they struggle with dwindling resources and crumbling infrastructure in a community crippled by violence and a contaminated water crisis.
This is more of the same anti-drug propaganda. Some of the episodes give some decent insight into the lives of people struggling with addictions, most however are full of misinformation and bias. I'm not sure what the message of this series is other than "drugs are bad mmmkay?"
I don't know how anyone even remotely informed can call this neutral
