Terminator 6 Targets Scream Queens Star Diego Boneta

Just days after Paramount pushed their highly-anticipated Terminator 6 reboot from July 2019 to November 2019, a new cast member has been added. Scream Queens star Diego Boneta is in negotiations to join franchise newcomer Mackenzie Davis and Terminator icons Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton in this latest take on the Sci-fi property. With the release date delay, there is no indication as to when production may begin, but that may happen sooner rather than later, now that the cast is coming together.

While no character details have been confirmed, Diego Boneta is said to be playing a human character in the reboot, ruling out the possibility that he is a cyborg like Arnold Schwarzenegger's T-800 character. Mackenzie Davis joined the cast last month, with reports stating that she will be playing a "soldier-assassin from the future." Previous reports have also claimed that the main protagonist will be a Latina character named Dani Ramos,

Watch Lindsay Lohan Awkwardly Reenact Favorite Mean Girls Lines

Watch Lindsay Lohan Awkwardly Reenact Favorite Mean Girls Lines
14 years later, Lindsay Lohan is revisiting Mean Girls to reenact some of her favorite lines from the movie. Though, Lohan isn't the same promising young star she once was and, as she awkwardly fumbles through some of the movie's most quotable, loveable and memorable lines, it shows. Still, this video should be more than enough to make any lover of Mean Girls feel a bit nostalgic. But it also does plenty to make Mean Girls 3 look like a bad idea. That is, if Lohan were to actually star in the proposed sequel, which doesn't seem to have any actual chance of getting made.

The 31-year-old Lindsay Lohan recently picked her eight (technically nine) favorite lines from Mean Girls and reenacted them for W Magazine. She recites everything from, "The limit does not exist" to, "Stop trying to make fetch happen," but can hardly contain her laughter with each take and

Lindsay Lohan Wary That Her Past Might Undercut Her Chances Of Playing Batgirl

Lindsay Lohan as the next Barbara Gordon? Don’t count on it.

Despite lobbying for the title role in Warner Bros. and Joss Whedon’s Batgirl movie, Lohan is fully aware that her checkered past may derail the online campaign – regardless of how much momentum (read: Re-Tweets) it manages to build.

On last week’s episode of The Wendy Williams Show (h/t Batman-News), the former Mean Girls actress conceded that because people tend to dredge up her criminal record at every opportunity, the chances of “meeting with people to do Batgirl” are slim at best. Ditto for Mean Girls 2, and we’re not talking about Melanie Mayron’s standalone sequel.

You can’t fault her for trying, as Lindsay Lohan is clearly dead set about taking up the Batgirl mantle for Warner Bros. and Joss Whedon. Still, with such high-profile misdemeanors and probation violations on her record, it’d be a big,

Lindsay Lohan Gets Bit by a Snake in Thailand, Calls It Good Luck

Lindsay Lohan Gets Bit by a Snake in Thailand, Calls It Good Luck
Lindsay Lohan, the Mean Girls star whose career has taken a pretty serious wrong turn in the last several years, has been bitten by a snake. The 31-year-old actress shared the news very casually via a post to her Instagram, as though it's not a big deal at all. Not only that, but she went so far as to say that the snake bite, which she got while visiting Thailand, is actually good luck. This comes after she defended serial sex crimes offender Harvey Weinstein in the press. Coincidence?

The actress is currently visiting Phuket, Thailand and, while on a hike during her vacation, a snake bit her. She didn't reveal what kind of snake bit her or if she's received any kind of actual medical treatment for the bite, but Lindsay Lohan says she's ok and even showed off the bite in the video. Her "shaman," who sadly doesn't

Lindsay Lohan Asks Emma Stone to Star in Mean Girls 3

Lindsay Lohan Asks Emma Stone to Star in Mean Girls 3
Lindsay Lohan is super serious when she says she wants to make Mean Girls 3, a true follow-up to the original blockbuster comedy. So serious, in fact, she has personally reached out to superstar Emma Stone in hopes of forming an unstoppable comedy duo the likes of which the world has never seen. As it stands, Emma Stone has not yet gotten back to the former teen actress who went off the rails a few years ago, and has been struggling to stay in the spotlight ever since.

Will Mean Girls 3 ever really get made? Who knows. There was a sequel to the 2004 smash hit comedy from Tina Fey. But most of the participants from the initial outing stayed away from that direct to video low budget rehash. Now, Lindsay Lohan is hoping to recapture some of her former glory with a true in-theater experience. And before hitting up Emma Stone,

Ewan McGregor circles Winnie The Pooh film Christopher Robin

Joseph Baxter Apr 28, 2017

Ewan McGregor is in talks to star in Christopher Robin, playing an adult version of Winnie the Pooh's pal.

Christopher Robin, Disney’s upcoming live-action film continuation of the Winnie The Pooh story, appears to have found its star in Ewan McGregor.

According to THR, McGregor is in talks to headline the live-action film, taking on the title role of Christopher Robin, directly drawn from author A.A. Milne’s Winnie The Pooh stories. However, this particular Pooh project – not to be confused with this November’s A.A. Mile biopic Goodbye Christopher Robin – will see McGregor play an adult version of Christopher, stuck in an especially humdrum period in his life, focused on his career as a businessman and far-removed from his halcyon childhood days of imagination-fueled pastoral hijinks with anthropomorphic stuffed animals such as Pooh Bear, Tigger, Eeyore, Piglet and Rabbit.

Christopher Robin will be directed by Marc Forster.

Lindsay Lohan's Mean Girls sequel: when stars take franchises into their own hands

The once shining star has talked up a treatment she’s written for Mean Girls 2, but what’s happened before when actors have tried to take control of sequels?

You have to feel for actors from time to time. (Well, you don’t have to at all, but it’s a new year and we’re still feeling benevolent.) There’s the finest of lines in a career between feeling overly defined by a successful role and feeling entirely undefined once that role’s cultural currency plummets – and once you’ve crossed it, it’s awfully difficult to pry your way back into the popular imagination. As much as we criticize certain big-name stars for clinging to the predictable comforts and rewards of franchise cinema, it’s hard to argue with its strategic benefits.

Melanie Mayron On Directing ‘Jane the Virgin,’ ‘Grace and Frankie’ and Age In Hollywood
Emmy-winning actress Melanie Mayron may still be best known as Melissa Steadman from the ABC hit “thirtysomething,” but she’s had a steady career as a TV director ever since that ’90s drama. This season she helmed four installments of “Jane the Virgin” (and appeared on camera in the recurring role of Professor Donaldson), plus episodes of “Grace and Frankie,” “Faking It” and “Pretty Little Liars.”

What made you interested in directing?

Back in 1976, Claudia Weill directed a movie called “Girlfriends.” It seemed like everybody was out of film school. The energy was so amazing, I was like, “Oh my god, filmmaking is incredible.” When I got on “thirtysomething,” all the guys were lining up [to direct] and I asked every season. They let me do [two episodes]. All of a sudden my agent booked me in all this TV directing. I said, “How come I got so many jobs?” He said, “Good gets you the job.

Home Alone... 5? The Jerk Too? 8 unbelievable straight-to-tv sequels

There's straight-to-video shame, then there's straight to TV shame. The following small screen follow-ups, then, are the most shameful of the lot.

Please note, however: all of the following first aired on the small screen. They may have ended up on DVD later, but they're telly specials through and through...

1. Home Alone 5: The Holiday Heist (2012)

Original film: Home Alone (1990)

Returning cast members: None

Stars: Christian Martyn, Jodelle Ferland, Malcolm McDowell

You'll remember the first two, and might have a dim recollection of the third - new kid, new goons - and the fourth will, hopefully, mean nothing to you (old kid, new actor playing kid, old goons, new actors playing goons, shot in South Africa).

The fifth, however, is the biggest stinker of the lot, a schmaltzy Christmas edition with a new kid, new family and new goons. Also, Malcolm McDowell - of Clockwork Orange fame - is in it,
