Last time you checked in with Casanova: Acedia, you had the best guide possible: Jake, a man that’s followed the previous 3 Casanova volumes, knows the titular character, his backstory and lore. This time? Well, this time, you will be as curious and clueless as Mr. Quentin Cassiday.
The book opens with a flashback—a memory, even—brought about by an old photo showing a young Boutique and his fellow mercenaries? Soldiers of fortune? Spies? Who they are isn’t revealed but good money says Boutique knows, as he’s mid-reminiscing when Cassiday comes in post-library battle from the end of issue 1.
Cassiday isn’t any kind of fool—having been attacked twice, remembering things he has no way of knowing,
The film is in post-production and stars Luke Perry, Bruce Davison and Sarah Ann Schultz (Soldiers of Fortune).
Daniel Zirilli directs Black Beauty from his screenplay and also produces the time-honoured story of a 15-year-old girl and her summer who spends a summer rehabilitating a rescued horse.
Epic Pictures Group CEO Patrick Ewald and co-founder Shaked Berenson serve as executive producers.
“Black Beauty tells a timeless story that transformed the way the people viewed and related to animals,” said Ewald. “We are honoured to be a part of this inspirational project, which both parents and children can enjoy together.”
“Classic stories transcend generations,” said Berenson. “Black Beauty is one of those novels, and we are proud to produce and distribute such a fantastic movie and add it to our growing film collection of family titles.”
The good news is, that a “prequel” to Cabin Fever is hitting VOD outlets in less than a month. The bad news is, Cabin Fever 2 left such a bad taste in some viewers’ mouths, that I have no idea if there is even any public interest in such a thing. I was one of the ones that was initially shocked by the badness of Cabin Fever 2, because it had a young but strong cast, and one of my favorite up-and-coming directors attached to the project. The studio intervened so much, though, that Ti West exited before it was even finished, and fought really hard(and
The horror/thriller Cabin Fever: Patient Zero was directed by Kaare Andrews (Altitude and The ABCs of Death) and stars Sean Astin (The Lord of the Rings trilogy), Currie Graham (Pompeii, NYPD Blue), Ryan Donowho (Soldiers of Fortune), Mitch Ryan (One Tree Hill), and Jillian Murray (Bad Ass). Image Entertainment will release the film on VOD and in theaters summer of 2014.
Here's what Image Entertainment's Bill Bromiley had to say in a statement.
"Eli Roth's original Cabin Fever was a smashing success, establishing a huge cult following. We are proud to be a part of this franchise, distributing the third installment under the vision of Kaare Andrews. His commitment to stay

The trailer, for those unfamiliar, actually had the audacity to play Foreigner and hip hop music! It had cringe-inducing lines like: “I’m a people person.” Ugh. So awful… awesomely awful, that is!
But the hate has been predictable. Movie-goers and bloggers are regularly rolling their eyes at this venture and laughing at Stallone and company. They poke fun at everything from the conceit to
Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 opens Friday and Summit Entertainment sent two actors to St. Louis last week to help promote the film. Charlie Bewley plays the vampire Demetri and Daniel Cudore plays the vampire Felix. Both are members of the Volturi clan.
Charlie Bewley (Demetri) made his major motion picture debut as the Volturi Demetri in The Twilight Saga: New Moon, followed by The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part 1.
A former athlete with a penchant for travel and adventure, Bewley only took up acting five years ago, but already has a string of recent successes to his name: co-staring in the 2011 Sundance Grand Jury winner Like Crazy, and also playing a key lead alongside a stellar ensemble cast in Russian/Us collaboration Soldiers of Fortune.
In 2012, Bewley has already filmed the Luc Besson produced desert thriller Intersection

A trailer was released by IGN for Soldiers of Fortune, which stars Christian Slater, Ving Rhames, Sean Bean, Dominic Monaghan, and James Cromwell. In the trailer they use the word 'expendable' probably hoping that will help people draw an obvious comparison to Stallone's super team-up action flick. Too bad this film looks extremely pale in that comparison. The premise of the movie, which revolves around wealthy thrill-seekers who pay hefty premiums to have themselves inserted into military adventures, only to be put in actual danger, is more reminiscent of Tropic Thunder. Once again Soldiers of Fortune loses out, with nothing in the trailer amounting to more than a faint chuckle. Even with some damn fine actors, there's seems to be not one ounce of chemistry between the cast. I'll be waiting for this one to show up on TV when I'm in a hotel. Maaaaaaybe I'l watch it then. No promises though.
