

Trevor Noah has been selected to become the next host of the Emmy and Peabody Award-winning The Daily Show, it was announced today by Michele Ganeless, president, Comedy Central. His show's premiere will be announced at a later date. Current host Jon Stewart announced in February that he is stepping down as The Daily Show host later this year after 16 years on the air.
