Storyline

A young man named Jason Fleming is exploring the caverns of rural Washington's Olympic Mountains with his girlfriend, Claire. When Claire is kidnapped by terrorists who think she's a spy, Jason follows them to their secret underground facility. Upon further investigation, he learns that the terrorists intend to incite a second Civil War in the United States.
