The new equipment that Dale installs at the church is the actual equipment that Bill Rahn installed at Tri-City Baptist Church when he built the TV ministry there. As of 2012, the studio setup you see in the film is still in place and being used every week. See more »

A great family movie that shows perseverance
17 August 2011 | by judy-136-145825See all my reviews

Pendelum Swings is a movie about a real person and the blows that life can swing at you. It also shows very opposite ways a person can handle those things. What a great message it sends. This movie, from what I understand, was produced with very little funding but that does not take away from the important aspects of the movie. Many people volunteered their time, locations and props to make this movie with the hopes that it would encourage others who have or will deal with life's many challenges. I very highly recommend if you get a chance to see this movie, then you need to do so. You will laugh and cry but you will be encouraged.
