Charlie switches places with Jake, who risked losing his license on the day he got it. Alas, outstanding tickets now contribute to Charlie losing his, so Jake becomes his driver. Alan, who wasn't told the above, is invited to Chelsea's birthday party. Charlie ultimately revokes his veto but makes Jake drive him.
