If you were in any doubt - then again Why would you?! - that Donnie Yen’s latest martial arts epic The Lost Bladesman was anything less than superb, take a look at the newly released UK trailer for the flick. Personally we think its some of his best fight choreography work...and if and when Mr Yen ever does finally decide to hang up his sword, and bow out from front of camera, theres no doubt he'd still have a long career ahead of him doing action (which he did in this) direction. Stunning stuff. The Lost Bladesman will be released in the UK on DVD and Blu-ray by Icon Entertainment on 8th August 2011. Heck, I’m still waiting for Ip Man 2 to come to my neck of the woods, but Donnie Yen’s next film, which is being released in Chinese cinemas April 28th, has piqued my interest up. The Lost Bladesman sees Yen in another biopic, this time not mentoring Bruce Lee or fighting off Japanese soldiers, but as China’s great general, Guan Yu.
