Anson Fullerton orders Michael and his team to go retrieve his ill-gotten fortune from an untouchable bank on the Cayman islands. Jesse and Fi succeed by personally slick blackmailing banker George Anders. Michael contends with maternal fury over her blown-up lover and especially again being kept in the dark. Sam won't turn down a plea for help from Colombian friend Beatriz, who is sniper-targeted since she published an article on Russian oil interests. Mike helps Sam identify the sniper as Oscar Markov and works on his FSB (Russian secret service) handler Ivan Vaskov while Sam babysits Beatriz.
