During the As The Stomach Turns sequence, Carol Burnett opened to the door to find Harvey Korman as Mother Marcus. Apparently, he never appeared in rehearsals dressed as Mother Marcus and only used the voice, so the first time they filmed it was actually the first time Burnett had seen him in costume. Her priceless reaction (pausing, slamming the door in his face, then opening it again and breaking character by laughing) was completely genuine. See more
