Character error

When Booth and Bones are talking to Cynthia Rinaldi after the dance class, she walks up to them with the cane on her right side as well as her limp. Except the proper use of a cane involves using it on the opposite side of the injured limb. In addition, her limping side is inconsistent as she storms away after the conversation.

When Hannah tells Booth they pulled a .38 slug out of her leg, Booth replies with "A cop gun." In truth, the .38 special round is one of the most common revolver rounds in use today. Also, most police officers now use semi-auto handguns in 9mm, .40 S&W, or .45 ACP.

Factual errors

When Booth and Bones are at the crime scene Booth asks Bones if she wants the whole slab of concrete taken to the lab, she replies "No, just a two by three by four meter section, it shouldn't weigh more than a ton" in fact a section with those dimensions would be 24 cubic meters and would weigh in excess of 50 tons.
