Valens partners with Rush to locate her sister, who was abducted from her drug-littered motel room, and Jeffries tries to bring justice and closure to a long-suffering mother whose daughter's murder case has remained unsolved for 17 years.
While I am a big Cold Case fan, I was anticipating an exciting final episode to wrap things up for the characters and to have a bit of closure with a few stories that have been ongoing throughout the series to be resolved. Let's just say that I was disappointed in that area. Don't get me wrong. This episode had all of the elements that make Cold Case fantastic but it was a bit of a letdown to leave several important plot points dangling forever. Perhaps the writers didn't anticipate that the show was getting canceled that season. That's all I can think of. But if you try to watch this episode and think of it as. Standalone episode, you might enjoy it more.
