Trivia

Discussion between Lloyd and Simon involves tachyons, which might be quite familiar to sci-fi fans. A tachyon is a hypothetical particle that moves at a speed greater than light. As this violates the laws of physics in a number of respects, virtually all scientists in physics believe it to be totally impossible. The actual hypothetical nature of a tachyon is more of a field than a particle. This falls in line with Falshforward's story of an enormous field having caused a global blackout. See more »

Goofs

A character mentions the van was tracked to an 8 block area. Another character says there are 100 ways out of the area so they could not be covered. This is incorrect, since if every one of the 8 blocks went outside the area (no dead end roads or T intersections), the maximum number of ways out would be 32: 8 blocks x 4 sides. See more »
