Cara, Zedd and Richard get comical make-overs in an entertaining bid to save Kahlan from an egotistical King, who has converted all of his subjects, including his wife, to his own personal vision of "all that is Right and Good".
Kahlan gets kidnapped by The Margrave, a selfish king who has gotten an agreement with Nicci and the rest of the sisters of the dark: he will give them Kahlan in exchange for immortality. Richard, Cara and Zedd will try to sneak into the castle's dungeons to safe Kahlan.
Another episode of the "Legend of the Seeker", another very funny episode. In this one we have more humor than in other episodes, with lots of action, and some original moments. With Kahlan in the dungeons, it is time for Cara to shine, and Tabrett Bethell does a great job with the character, having to play a princess in order to fool the king and be able to free Kahlan. That in the castle magic can't be used (a cheap trick by the show) is a perfect excuse for things happening in a different way than in normal episodes, the characters having to use more "their brains" and less their magical abilities.
All in all, one funny episode in the middle of the darkness brought by the Keeper.
