NBC screws the pooch again.

When will TV writers learn that most people watch network TV to be entertained and not to be preached (read told who to like and dislike)? I can get that on so many other networks like CNN, or Comedy, or MSNBC, etc., etc. I was so disappointed by the cheap shots at real people in the middle of what I thought was a program based on fictional characters. I had looked forward to Kathy Bates' new venture, her dry sense of humor and perfect comedic timing. But I turned the premiere episode off midway. I will not watch it again. It's a shame because there are so few character-driven programs left. Everything is turning into reality TV whether the premise makes it evident or not. Shame on David Kelley. Clearly he is stretched too thin.
