The career of a strongman of Vichy regime. Fair reflected, admirable crafted story, balanced tone and beautiful work of Patrick Chesnais. A story of duty, reminding me the one of Ion Antonescu and his mistakes for a noble purpose - to serve his country s interests.

Short, a good portrait of a man, a sketch about justice in a civil war, a description of political mechanisms and the nuances of idealism.
