Suspicions arise over Carolina's loyalties when she's seen speaking privately to known collaborator Amelia, which infuriates Marcos, feeling completely duped by the two women he's loved. Fermin's efforts to free Maria legally from the asylum collide with her doctor's concerted efforts to make her look delusional and paranoid. With nightly infiltrations by a clawed, animal-killing fiend with human hand dexterity, Lucas leads the girls in silver-clad efforts to secure the school (and protect wounded Gustavo) from a werewolf. Jacinta clues Elsa in on the Maria-Ivan-Jacques connection. Rebeca, following up on a boat clue, penetrates Martin's true identity and encounters a frightening image. With Julia, Vicky and Roque fleeing for their lives, Marcos and Ivan discover well-concealed refrigeration units that, unsurprisingly, do not contain ice cream. Written by statmanjeff

Elsa Fernández Campos: What son?
Jacinta García: You mean... your beloved Jacques never told you? Maria is Ivan's mother. Noiret bought him from Maria's boyfriend when she was a teenager.
Elsa Fernández Campos: Are you serious, Jacinta?
Jacinta García: Yes. And since then she has been somewhat disturbed, I know, but I suppose no one better than yourself would understand what it's like for a mother to lose her son.
