Fatimah and Duma, lovers from different worlds, receive supernatural powers through local Champeta dance rhythms. They battle a ruthless corporation harming the environment, aided by allies, to preserve their seaside town and the planet.

Duma is a young champeta dancer and Fatimah is a student who is passionate about urban art, living in the Bahia neighborhood. Their lives run parallel until a mysterious old man arrives in the neighborhood and strange events begin to occur. Through supernatural powers released by the rhythm of the champeta, they will discover a new and mysterious world, while they must fight against a dark force that threatens to destroy everything they love.
