This is old wine in the old bottle itself.
I liked Jiivi because the concept was new and the content was portrayed so simply with just 2 sets of groups/families and hence no complexity at all whereas Jiivi 2 is the same old concept presented with multiple sets of families with more complex layers and there has been some tryout to make it as an extension but since its the same thing that's being presented, at some point, we lose interest and the complexity just makes it tedious for us to watch further.
And there was some action kinda scenes which were as silly as in tv serials and those scenes don't look like being made for a feature film at all.

Accurately starts from the part 1 climax and moves further. The therory is still followed in the movie and the dots are still creating the problems to the characters.
The story is explained very well and the loose ends of part 1 is also solved as there would not be further issues from the theory.
Luckily no characters on the movie died in real life - so a proper sequel was delivered with no compromise.
The 99 mins thriller is another mind blowing entertainer for tamil audience. Must watch after seeing part 1...

First part is so brilliant. This part is full of disappointments compared to the first part. There is no new story in second part. Just reiterated the first part story with different characters. And there is lot of artificial scenes and dialogs. I cant believe the same director missed miserably in this one. Vetri acting is same and sometimes irritating.
The twists are fine but mostly predictable. The twists are very similar to the first part. They made unnecessary sequel with very poor acting, story, dialogs. The acting and camera work was like serial drama.

Surprised to see sequel to the Jiivi movie, which was very good movie which was underrated and cult classic list of mine.
Very interesting and detailed screenplay. Each time when plot reveals its knots surprising and eager to know where it leads to.
All actors has made decent appearance required for this genre.. Background score and cinematography makes movie watching experience to realistic.
Second half of movie is very good with nice knot in climax portion.
Eagerly waiting for Part 3, that similar to Loki-verse, Jiivi-verse is also worthy continuation with more exploration in this topic.
