- Throughout the film the height the girls are stuck at is consistently emphasized, much the same as in the movie's poster. This can be rather scary for those afraid of heights.

- It is revealed that one of the girls is having an affair with the other women's husband. It isn't shown but it is mentioned.

- A woman baits a vulture to fight it. She gets scratched on her chest (lots of blood shown) and then she kills the vulture. The vultures blood sprays on her and she is seen eating it's insides. Very graphic and disturbing.
- The main character's best friend is shown dead having bled to death (blood on forehead shown), while a vulture eats her body.
- The main character shoves a sneaker into her best friends dead body into an open stomach wound and shoves her off the tower in order to save her own life.
- In a dream sequence, blood appears all over a character while she is in bed.

- You find out near the end of the movie that one of the characters is dead. It shows the death in graphic detail too.
