Thoroughly enjoyed this tv series from start to finish.
Many have moaned about Elsa being a spoilt brat. I saw a character portrayed as a carefree soul living life to the full, complete with all the rough edges that go along with it. She was the spine of this season and thought Isabel May did a great job.
Typically I am the first to criticise historical inaccuracies and continuity but I was too caught up in the story to care.
More tv like this please.

I was late to the show with this one, having heard about Yellowstone and it's universe, I said I would give it a shot. Well, I am truly mesmerised and literally blown away by the story. It is incredible. The production is out of this world and the story is yet to be matched. As a 40-year-old it takes me back to my childhood memories of growing up around cattle and horses. It is an incredible show and I can't wait to get into the rest of the Yellowstone universe.
I don't know how they did it for each episode but I was glued to the TV and I'm glad I paid the Paramount+ subscription, at a time when we are cancelling the saturated subscription tv market.
10/10.

I have never in my 71 years seen a tv show that has struck my soul as much as this one...I'm having to eat my words since I said I would not pay for Paramount Plus to see this...but I did & am so thankful..I would pay triple to see this kind of quality cinema that has not been seen for many many years...I am in awe of Taylor Sheridan for this emotional writing...I am not a cryer...the last movie I remember crying is Lonesome Dove...however, I admit I ugly cried during most of this finale. I have never been a fan of McGraw & Hill, but in this show, they deserve very wonderful accolade that can be given. And, of course, the incomparable Sam Elliott, who always delivers a monumental performance...But the shining star of this program is & always will be Isabel May whose portrayal of Elsa Dutton deserves at least 2 Academy Awards! I've been around long enough to see some great actresses in my time, but this young woman is way beyond wonderful....she is phenomenal! And how can anyone not stand in awe at the scenery...Having been to Yellowstone & Montana, there is no more beautiful place in the universe than this...Anyone who hasn't seen this series is really missing out on the best TV there has been in many many years.... Give yourself a precious gift & watch this series!
This last episode deserves a few Emmys and several boxes of Kleenex.
We wish there were more shows of this quality, even though we had to suspend reality in a few plot points, like the end result of Josef's rattler bite.

This touched my heart in a way that no tv show has ever. The entire series was building up to this moment, but I still wasn't ready for it. The most precious moment between parent was heartfelt and heartbreaking. I cried, not going to lie. My husband admitted he wanted to as well - but I was there so he didn't. This series was a 10/10 in my opinion. It brought the characters into our lives wholeheartedly and left them there. I don't want to watch this again - for completely selfish reasons. Just me being a crybaby. This actually deserves to be watched again and again. So beautifully written and acted. I really can't fault the entire series. Thank you for bringing me into the Dutton world when my husband (a lover of Yellowstone) tried unsuccessfully. I really couldn't love this series enough.

- TriviaWhile drunk Josef describes chasing Parisians. Apparently, Josef is a veteran of the Franco-Prussian War of 1870-1.
- GoofsJosef's amputation was performed incorrectly. Thomas cut straight across, leaving gaping, exposed flesh, bone, nerves, etc. and left everything open to deadly infection. There are three separate cuts made in a proper amputation: the skin is cut to form two flaps, one flap large enough to be sewn over the entire exposed wound; everything else except the bone is cut further back; and lastly, the bone is cut even further back.
- Quotes
Elsa Dutton: I know death now, I've seen it. It had no fangs, it smiled at me, and it was beautiful!
