Storyline

Jill has David do background checks on all Jabot board members. She wants to ally herself with them against the Abbotts to push forward her idea for a men's line. Gina realizes that Jack has fallen for Ellen. Kay encourages Phillip to have friends come over. Shortly after, Nina arrives at the Chancellor mansion. Esther's and Kay's jaws literally drop to the floor upon the sight of the young girl. Ashley thinks marrying Matt would be no solution for problem as few people would believe that he is the father of her child and they don't love each other. Jill is served Katherine's petition and shocked learn that her nemesis plans on adopting Phillip citing Jill's abandonment of her son as the reason. An appalled Jill decides to ignore the papers and throws them away. Ellen has a press conference alongside city council Fernandez at the homeless shelter celebrating its survival as Jack looks on.
