SORT OF follows the journey of "Sabi Mehboob" (Bilal Baig), a gender fluid millennial who straddles various identities from sexy bartender at an LGBTQ bookstore/bar, to the youngest child in a large Pakistani family, to the de facto parent of a downtown hipster family. Sabi feels like they're in transition in every aspect of their life, from gender to love to sexuality to family to career.

Don't believe the hash reviews

It may not be perfect, but it's pretty good and probably just needs to get into a groove. The main character is flawed, but likeable. They have to deal with a lot of challenges that aren't easy. The kids are great. King is over the top and I nearly ff through those scenes. Still, interesting and compelling. I have high hopes it's going to get even better.
