David, a teen-aged terminally ill hospital patient,is visited by the Wishman, who can offer him the opportunity to meet footballers or try something exhilarating before he dies. Sadly the Wishman cannot fulfil David's one desire,to lose his virginity. A newspaper advert does not have the desired effect but, thanks to the friendly and wholly unconventional hospital chaplain, David does indeed get his heart's desire in the company of warm-hearted working girl Maggie. A must must see film

I really really loved this film. It triggered every emotion under the sun - one minute I was laughing and the next I was crying. Really touching scenes between Sam Holland and Jodie Whitaker - well acted by both. Many of the actors' names weren't familiar, but was amazed once I watched the film how many high calibre people were starring in it. Jim Carter was excellent (as always)and Samuel Holland was perfectly cast in the lead role. Wished it was longer and wanted to watch it again straight away - fantastic! I understand the film has won two or three awards and I must say that I feel these are very well deserved. The film is only 20 minutes or so long but quickly felt for David the lead character and what he was going through. Would highly recommend this to anyone.
