Two roads before you, take your choice. I don't come to preach any doctrine unto you. I can't correct you. You have to correct yourself. You have to know yourself, now, and if you see yourself as a murderer, then go and murder. If righteousness is your calling, then become righteous. But you cannot fight the "righteous battle" with "weapons of war." Or else you've joined "the army of destruction."

best thing to come out of Jamaica since "The Harder They Come
this was a great movie. set in 1978 Kingston. touches on love, socialism and social determinants , great soundtrack. And the cinematography is top notch excuse me..top ranking..
You really get a sense of what it is to live in war torn downtown kingston. The lighting becomes a character as do the shadows. I saw this at a film screening, I really hope the rest of the world gets to see it..but mostly I need to buy it somehow. To Study the acting, the shots, the music. It is a bit violent at times..but so were the times.. It wasn't gratuitous though,,neither was the sex..nor were any of the shots. to see ti was made in 2010 (i saw it last night in 2015) - is amazing. The director said he shot it on a Panasonic P2..
