When Danny McBride was promoting Alien: Covenant (2017) on The Nerdist Podcast with Chris Hardwick and asked on this unusual project for him, McBride responded-"There's more to life than dick and fart jokes. It's fun and, quite honestly, pretty terrifying to verge into new territory. When Aaron is pumping gas at the gas station, the pump is not actually pumping any fuel as shown by the display being blank. When he finishes pumping gas later, the pump shows the gallons and cost on the display like normal. See more »
I guess I'd blame the director. So many missed opportunities. Huge fan of Halloween and Michael and the whole idea, just left me wanting better.
While this one was superior to H20, H20 had more "Oh Yeah!" Moments. Don't get me wrong, it was enjoyable with some great Easter eggs, it just wasn't as awesome as it could have been.
