Interview with the Vampire

I recommend watching the behind the scenes documentary (Episode 0) on AMC+ before diving into the first episode, you will have a better appreciation of this reimagined version. Expect something different from the books. The DNA is there, but the story really is told in a very 21st century manner.

I'm usually a Sci-Fi geek and have never really read much horror, but this first season has inspired me to start reading Anne Rice's books.

The set design and costumes are fantastic, as well as the casting. The performances are mesmerising.

The only negative for me is that I would have liked a 10-12 episode season. Otherwise, I await season 2 with all the hunger of a fledgling Vampire.
