Annie Oakie

Included in the list of people nominated for the Oakie awards is Leslie from the Parks department who says "We're going to fill that pit". This is an obvious reference to Leslie Knope from Parks and Recreation (2009) (a show which started with an ongoing storyline of trying to get a pit filled due to safety concerns), a character played by Amy Poehler, who created and stars in this show, doing the voices of both Annie and Duncan.
