- A injured woman is brought into a hospital in the beginning of the film, blood is seen spurting out of her neck.
- A injured woman runs into the street and is ran over by a truck and killed.
- A man approaches a man with a crossbow, and kills him offscreen, the dead body is seen carried around, his legs cut and bleeding out a lot, and being fed to Pigs.
- A man stabs a prostitute in the stomach and disembowels her, and rips out one of her organs., bloody wound seen, she dies.
- The Killer murders and butchers a woman offscreen.
- The killer chases a woman around, and later stabs her twice, killing her, and scoops her eye out (graphic sounds heard, but actions are offscreen)
- Jack shoot's Danny twice, and the latter is moments later eaten by a pack of pigs (not extremely graphic)
- Theodore aka Squealer stabs Jack in the chest, killing him (bloody)
- Squealer gets dropped and slided into a grinder at the end of the final fight, bloody and graphic, but obviously fake.
