Inspiring movie
26 April 2016 | by ieweleSee all my reviews

A very inspiring movie, calling to action. It gives you many insights how to take care of yourself, to love, and not to be afraid of all the rocks coming in your way to transformation.

It took for Frank 42 days to start and see the effects of his transformation; for most of us it might take a bit longer, but it is wonderful to see and learn :)

Inspiring, that once you start to chose to love your body and take care of it, you can feel it on your soul and mind. Day after day, not easily and moving in small steps, that can make you happier.
