- Early in the first episode couple attempts to get pregnant. There are several shots of kissing, a woman undoing a man's belt, panting afterwards but nothing explicit.

- A woman uses a kitchen knife to cut out her birth control. The scene is done away from the camera in between scenes. Nothing is shown, but she is bleeding heavily when she reveals what shes done, and her husband moves the fabric/bandage to get a better look. We see a shot of the bloodied knife.
