Kamistani rebels give President Taylor an hour to turn over Hassan, sedition strikes Taylor's administration, CTU harbors a traitor, and Jack walks into an ambush.
I don't know what sort of action would be taken if a dirty bomb were inevitable. The President has little choice. The acton here is excellent (about 20 minutes of shooting) but the key are a couple of traitorous people in the inner circle of the White House. By the way, I'm still waiting to seen how the Dana thing plays out.
