Once again, Jack has to override incompetence and shortsightedness. Once again, saving billions doesn't seem to matter. A pretty reporter is having an affair with the President of that Arab country. She has been arrested for digging into documents. Jack knows someone else is behind this. Good setup episode, including a close look at the bad guy.
