Chloe tracks down Davros to "West 23rd Street at the northwest corner of Broadway in Queens." Jack then repeats "Broadway and West 23rd." In Queens, 23rd Street is not divided into East and West the way it is in Manhattan.

He's on the Move

Once again, Jack has to override incompetence and shortsightedness. Once again, saving billions doesn't seem to matter. A pretty reporter is having an affair with the President of that Arab country. She has been arrested for digging into documents. Jack knows someone else is behind this. Good setup episode, including a close look at the bad guy.
