Brilliant, surprising, and tender. We are shown new sides of every character. Every turn was unexpected and set the stage for a very interesting season four. One of the best episodes of the series. Season four now, please!

Honestly... it was a perfect season finale. Everything single scene worked perfectly. Here is hoping the show is showered with Emmy love next year. Can't wait for season 4.

Fans already know how brilliant this series is but this episode is really something special and it raises the bar for the whole series. Praise the writers... and the entire cast!

And why do I feel like I have just watched the first episode of the first series again . It felt so old and familiar but so new . The whole essence of the 1st ep and 1st series rang out in this final episode. You shot out into the further mist outreaches of the newness and vastness of space and took to so many places yet still Managed to land perfectly from wenst you came , not a millimetre out of place . It truly is one of the greatest thought offs and made offs in our generation and I hope every single person Involved is incredibly proud . The fact that this will never age even in a hundred years must feel incredible . Bravo WWDITS you are the tv love of my life . I love you . I cannot wait for your familiar return and the comfort and joy you bring me . P.s you are the only reason I own a tv and paid for a tv liscence . I shall shut down my tv until next time , I bid you adieu . Also have you thought about adding aliens to the mix in the future ?

After some early shaky episodes, I think "What We Do In The Shadows" has been a sitcom that has really delivered. This third season, which on a couple of occasions looks like it might shake up the formula, is probably the best on so far.
The events of the second season leave a power vacuum at the top of the local Vampiric Council. For some reason, the powers that be choose Nadia (Natasha Demetriou) and Nandor (Kayvan Novak) to fill that void. Assisted by The Guide (Kristen Schaal) the pair struggle to coexist and make any progress. Laszlo (Matt Berry) has made closer friends with Colin Robinson (Mark Proksch) as they explore the library looking for information about the origin of energy vampires.
Though generally the series maintains its level of consistently amusing, rather than laugh our loud funny, this season does include what, for me was the best moment the show has managed so far. In storyline, the other characters appear as Nandor, to try and clinch a date for him. This allows Kayvan Novak, a skilled mimic as anyone who's seen his wider work can testify, to give us his impressions of Proksch and Harvey Guillen, but most hilariously of all, his take of Matt Berry.
The season actually runs a few more season long stories than they previously have. Pairing Laszlo and Colin Robinson is interesting, they play off each other well even though it feels like a bit of a character change for Laszlo, which then feeds back into the story. Nandor's frustrations are hit several times, his love life falling apart three times, leading to the dramatic decisions he makes at the end. Donal Logue is a welcome cameo, as is a small one from Scott Bakula insisting, despite his last name, that he's not a vampire.
I assuming that season four will likely reset much of what happened in the last couple of episodes but, either way, I'll certainly be here to see it.

In the post world of Colin Robinson, there is unrest at the house. Nadja wants to go to London to head the council, but Laszlo will not hear of it. Nandor has a similar path in mind as he decides to see the world. Guillermo is stunned because Nandor has told him he can no longer use him, so we have packing, testing, and more. Things come to a head as the boxes are put on a train to be taken to their destination. It makes one wonder what is in store for the beginning of the new season. The episode ends with one of the most grotesque, nearly sickening things I've ever observed. What will be the result of the discovery.
Probably the best episode in a season that had a couple week episodes (the siren for instance). Colin Robinson is definitely an enigma. Great twists! Can't wait to see how it plays out season 4.
