MPAA Rated R for language and some sexuality/nudity

Sex & Nudity

  • Despite its suggestive poster, this movie is not particularly rich of sexual scenes, but it does have some graphic nudity.
  • The lead woman is seen topless for extended timing.
  • A woman is seen lying on a bed and her breasts are visible though the scene is dark.
  • A man's behind is seen for few seconds when he gets out of bed. We barely and briefly see his penis as he turns and gets dressed.
  • A sex scene takes place on a bed: the female is topless, there is kissing and brief thrusting implying penetration (simulated).
  • A man angrily tells a woman to "go lie down and spread her legs."

Violence & Gore

  • 6/10
  • A number of gorey and disturbing scenes involving dead animals are shown. In one sequence, some people on a frenzy eat raw dead fishes; in another, a man wants to eat a rabbit alive (the scene takes place offscreen); Asian butchers are seen in a market, with dead animals, seemingly dogs or goats, hung behind them.
  • There are some scenes where people get violent towards other people.

  • 7/10
  • One scene involves a man yelling to a woman and insulting her repeatedly. Words like "cunt", "fuck", "screw", are heard multiple times.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • 7/10
  • This movie has several intense sequences, some involving violent acts, others focused on suffering and mental pain. The plot itself is adult, depressing and might impress some viewers.
  • This movie includes several scenes of animal cruelty. One person intends to eat a rabbit alive: the action moves offscreen before is committed. Many dead animals, including fishes, are showed off in a distasteful way. The scenes where animals (dogs or goats) are seen hung in Asian markets are very gross and upsetting.
