Though it spends a lot of time narrating in circles, Into the Storm is still a fascinating journey inside the lives of the surprisingly influential human oddities that comprise the founders and admins of the notorious website 8chan.
If you're interested in delving into the lives and philosophies of the Q conspiracy's main operators, then you shouldn't miss this movie. However if you're looking for info on the conspiracy itself and their movement, then you should probably look elsewhere.
Into the Storm's primary focus is trying to find the identity of the mysterious political figure, and It does a decent job of narrowing that down with a surprising amount of investigation and interviews.
At about two hours too long, however, you'll be hearing the same cyclical points reiterated several times throughout the film. It weighs down what would otherwise be a phenomenal investigative miniseries.
Overall, I had fun with this one. It's an intrigue filled mystery that has a satisfactory conclusion.
