Trivia

The series itself initially did not actually connect to previous entries in the Lilo & Stitch (2002) franchise until the third season episode "Lilo" (in which an adult Lilo Pelekai appears with a daughter that looks incredibly like her when she was young) firmly established the anime series as taking place years after the events of Leroy & Stitch (2006), the finale of Lilo & Stitch: The Series (2003). Prior to "Lilo", the English dub made attempts to connect the anime to the rest of the franchise, which unfortunately led to many plot holes as this show was non-canon. See more »
