The story moves through the lives of two fragile yet determined people and maps a private geography of love, loss and ultimate redemption. Josh leaves his advertising career at its peak, when everyone wants either to be him or to have him. Then he walks away from it all: the money, recognition and the life. A car accident leaves his daughter suffering from "locked-in" syndrome. When everyone has given up, she starts communicating with him - or is he going mad? Written by The Film Catalogue
Good performances by the leads couldn't save this movie. I didn't think it was a thriller. I can't say much else without spoiling it. But if you're interested in seeing it then see it. Support the movie ... it appears it didn't get much of that.
What would have made the movie more fun is to take a shot of your favorite spirit every time the music gets dark. Had I done that, I probably would have loved it!
