In the first episode a woman is patted down by a man who gropes her.

In the opening scene we see beings that are humanoid and fully nude. The only thing that shields their nudity is the body paint used to make them look not human. Female breasts can very clearly made out, however nipples are not visible.

We see a shard of glass going completely through a child's leg, covered in blood.

A woman's face is torn open, covered in glass and blood.

A masked person with a sword is seen slicing through several people in a garage, splattering blood against the windows. Blood sprays from necks and stomachs. A sword is shown piercing through a stomach. The bloody aftermath of the massacre is also shown.

A man is shot below the chin with a handgun, blood and matter sprays out of the top of his head as he falls to the ground.

A man is shot through the temple, blood splattering across a concrete wall.

A gunfight with hand-to-hand combat plays out, but only minor injury detail is shown, aside from a man's neck being slowly and intimately snapped.

A woman shoots a man offscreen. We hear a body thud when it hits the ground.

Graphic car crash, multiple injuries are shown and death is implied.

A stomach puncture is shown, with blood and graphic injury detail, including peeling skin.

A wound is sutured shut with dental floss. It's later shown to be heavily infected, before the suture is forcefully removed.

Infrequent use of foul language, include "ass" and "shit." Some of the foul language is also in American Sign Language.
