Storyline
Kacie examines the history of the Jersey Devil and the Pine Barrens. Comedian Joe Piscopo joins Kacie to revel in the fact that Hammonton in the Pine Barrens is the most Italian city in the nation. Kayaking on the Mullica River, Kacie learns about legends of the Jersey Devil, the Deep Blue Hole, and the misunderstood culture of the Pineys. Finally, Kacie is treated to a chilling description of a first-hand encounter with the Jersey Devil himself from a schoolteacher who came face to face with the creature as a teenager.
