Continuity

When Colonel Young came through the Gate he had collapsed. When Scott went to assist him there was blood coming from the back of his head which ended up in a pool of blood and all over Lt. Scott's hands. In "Air: Part 1" when they are about to go through the Stargate which is supposedly less than 24 hours later, there is no blood whatsoever. His hair is clean, and there are no stitches or bandages. Since they don't have shower facilities yet, it's doubtful he managed to clean any blood off his head or his uniform.

Spoilers

The goof item below may give away important plot points.

Plot holes

The Icarus team is finally able to dial Destiny by using Earth's point of origin symbol as the 9th chevron. However, since Destiny was launched hundreds of thousands of years before the Goa'uld found Earth, the correct point of origin symbol to reach Destiny should have been that found on the Antarctic Stargate (an octagon on top of a line) instead of the symbol of the second gate (an inverted V with a circle at the top), which was brought to Earth by the Goa'uld after the first gate was lost.
