Simon, a young and upcoming member of the Department of Work and Pensions doesn't truly enjoy his job. Visiting old people, assessing their benefits and being offered to many cups of tea can grate on you. It's his last call of the day when he walks up to number 32. After her husband James died Mrs Ogleby has been left on her own and due to a clerical error Simon now has to go and visit a woman who hasn't had contact with people for a long time. The eye's staring at him from the numerous photos around the room close him into the corner. Can Simon get out alright or will this be his last visit period?
