Love never sounded so good, until Corey must decide between two love interests and whether he wants to give up the joys of the single life.
Corey enjoys the single gay life, while searching for love (or at least a connection) in such places as the gym, beach and even a singing chat-room. When two love interests, co-worker Derek and ex-boyfriend Nathan, pursue Corey at the same time, he must decide between them. In a world of four sexy Dancers, along with his roommate Rebecca and her girlfriend, Sam, Corey explores his priorities and celebrates the joys of dating in this delightful musical.Written by
Fun Story, Cute Guys, Humour, Music, diversity and Lesbians to boot!
How did I miss this great short? I love gay shorts and it is superb. Its got a good story line, original songs (in the vein of a good musical are at the appropriate times), it has an excellent diverse cast, Choreography for several of the songs which is spot on for the number, humor (especially perfect in a lesbian tennis scene).
The central character is cute but not the hyper polished handsome we typically see in gay shorts. Hes a wonderfully typical cute gay guy. The rest of the cast is very diverse and thats just brilliant and so refreshing. In our culture so many can be dismissive if a body type isn't exactly what one imagines. Yes, there could have been some diversity in terms of age and body type, but we'll let that slide, they did a great job.
The songs were all original, and perfectly placed. The general tone always upbeat.
At the time of this writing though its 5 years old, never heard of it until I stumbled upon it on the internets. Too bad, its a great piece, whoever put this together deserves some credit for a job well done!
